64 DEAD, 75 WOUNDED IN TERRORIST BOMB AND MORTAR ATTACKS.

EExplosions rocked mostly Shiite neighborhoods On November 2nd, there were estimated total of 14 car bombs, 2 roadside bombs, and mortars which killed between 58 and 68 people and wounded 75, mostly women and children, this Tuesday.

The U.S says this is typical of Al Qaeda, who are known for mortar, car bomb, and road side bomb attacks. Al Qaeda is known to attack Shunni and Shiite neighborhoods, do to the fact they consider them infidels. Gabe

Tropical storm Tomas kills 14 and 7 are missing as of Wednesday. On Wednesday it will drop to a tropical depression but pick up strength over next two days. As of Wednesday Jamaica is under a hurricane watch. Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and southeastern Cuba warned that Tomas is a significant threat. At 5am ET the storm was about 410 miles of the south-southwest coast of Haiti’s Port-Au-Prince and moving north-northwest at around 5mph. US air force reserve hurricane hunter plane clocked the maximum sustained winds at about 35 mph.

The 2010 hurricane season has produced 12 hurricanes, five major, luckily the US has dodged any major landfall this season. The storm has created an estimated $37 million in damages.
